Treatment Protocols

As part of our commitment to the safety of our clients and therapists, we have made some reviews of our treatment protocols.


We will contact you on the day of your appointment to confirm that you do not currently have any of the symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19)

However, if you don’t feel well in the days before your appointment please contact us in advance so we can reschedule and offer the appointment to someone else.


All appointments are timed between clients to carry out essential pretreatment sanitation so please arrive on time (not any earlier or later).We’re not able to have anyone else in the treatment room during your appointment; so please leave children and friends at home.
We will provide products for your hand hygiene and you will be required to use these as instructed during the treatment.You will be required to wear a face mask during your treatment and we will provide this if you don’t already have one.
Where possible we would prefer you to use card/contactless payment.Retail products are available to purchase at the time of your appointment but we are also able to arrange for these to be delivered to you at home, please ask us for details

All of our clients are important to us and whilst we provide a very hygienic and safe working practice with all of the time with the way that we carry out the treatments we just have additional sanitation that we want to carry out between appointments for the safety of all of us, so please bear with us.
